You could do Proofreading but I think that you need to be over 18 to do that. You can do a lot of reading voluntary work but i presume you want paid work. You could work in a library but I don't think there is much reading involved. But if you are in to English then you could become an English teacher as that involves a lot of reading. But you would need to go to six form and university. Other wise I'm not sure you are going to get a job reading.
