He doesn't want to go to the party because he is so depressed about Roseline so he thinks he'll have a terrible time. Also, he had a dream the night before saying that going to the party would lead to his own death (he was right). Also, the host of the party is his worst enemy so going to the party might start a brawl
Romeo wants to crash the party because he knows Rosaline is invited. Benvolio wants Romeo to go, hoping he'll see a girl who will take his mind off of Rosaline. Does he ever.
To Capulet's party. Benvolio wants to go to get Romeo's mind off Rosaline; Romeo wants to go because she is one of the guests. They plan to sneak in under the wing of the invitation to Mercutio.
Benvolio just wants to have a good time, and the party promises to have good free eats and drinks and lots of cute girls. Romeo, on the other hand, wants to go because Rosaline is on the guest list.

Romeo should attend the Capulet party because it presents an opportunity for him to see Rosaline, the woman he is infatuated with. Additionally, attending the party allows him to socialize, have fun, and potentially distract himself from his unrequited love for Rosaline.
Scene 2: Juliet's father wants her to get to know Parisbefore she marries him. A servant of the Capulets has a list of names to go to a party. He can't read so he asks Romeo to read it and he sees Rosaline's name on it. Benvolio wants Romeo to go so he can maybe forget about Rosaline.
Tybalt wants to fight him. Tybalt always wants to fight someone, and he has fastened on Romeo after Tybalt spotted him at the party in Act I Scene 5.
Benvolio convinced Romeo to go to the Capulet's party.
