In the Lion King what did Scar do to Mufasa?

Scar hates Mufasa because as kids, Mufasa was always raised to be king and got different treatment. Ahadi (Mufasa and Scar's father), spent more time and gave more attention to Mufasa so Scar became jealous. That's why Scar does not like his brother.

The basic reason is that Scar was Mufasa's little brother and Mufasa was the rightful king and Scar was jealous of the status, also believing he himself would be better king than his brother was. The murderous act however seems to have been triggered only after Mufasa's son, prince Simba, was born and Scar's murder attempt towards the boy failed. As Scar tried to murder Simba in order to become again the first in line after Mufasa, but Mufasa saved Simba's life, Scar decided to murder both of them in order to finally become the king.
