There are no diseases caused by viruses or any other microbe. Microbe-related disease is bodily imbalance inviting opportunistic microbial multiplication. The microbial multiplication is a symptom of the original imbalance (exhaustion, fatigue, injury), and can further the disease, but was not the original cause of it.
The symptoms are your body's way of reacting to a disease. It is often said that pathogens are the same as "germs" and cause only infectious disease, however, the word can mean the agent that causes any type of disease. When used specifically to talk about pathogens as germs, then the symptoms are mostly indications that your body's immune system is fighting the germ. For example, your body creates a fever to fight bacteria since they don't live and reproduce as easily in higher temperatures than in normal body temperature. Another example is that the immune system signals the body's mucous tissues to create excess mucus, tears, and runny nose when reacting to germs that infect the mucous membranes of the nose, throat, and eyes (like in a common cold does), in an attempt to wash the germs out of your body.
Different animals have different antibodies to fight different illnesses.
Some are highly endangered and their future is uncertain owing to the distruction of habitat. Also because of poaching, direct take, accidental catch, coastal development, pollution, and pathogen. Some are on their way to becoming extinct while others are already extinct.
Calicivirus is a disease that causes illness in cats. It causes upper respiratory infections, with fever, nasal congestion, conjunctivitis, oral ulcers, or sneezing. Some strains can cause pneumonia, arthritis, or severe multi-organ disease.
some times, others not
Chickens need calcium, egg shells are a good source of calcium and other minerals. Chickens are also omnivores and enjoy any bits of egg left in the shell. Many farmers feed the shells back to the hens, some wash them first then crush them into the feed. Others wash and cook them before feeding them back and others do not feed the hens their own shells fearing pathogen transfer.
Some things that cause low body temp are, exposure to the cold, alcoholism, possibly hypothermia, and some medications can cause this as well.
Some Gymnosperms cure others kill
There is no known pathogen recognize as a cause of schizophrenia. However, there may be biochemical or anatomical abnormalities in some cases.
Inflicted by toxins
Any living organism can get sick, either by an outside pathogen or by some internal mechanism causing illness.
There are thousands of bacteria that effect humans. Some cause problems or illness and others actually help the body function.
No. Many organisms are harmless, and the body will produce antibodies since the organisms are seen as foreign. Many pathogens (harmful organisms) may not cause significant disease in many people. An example would be the poliovirus - in some people it causes paralysis; in others it causes minor illness, in others it causes no symptoms. In all cases, the person develops antibodies. Vaccination exposes the person to the antigens without the pathogen being present, and so antibodies are formed before the exposure, and this process does not result in illness.
They all can be, but not all bacteria ec cause disease and some are symbiotes.
a pathogen is some that is called a micro orginism and in which it is a disease that no one can feel the symptom a parasite is some thing like a bug or a flea that feeds on you and the symptoms are felt often but not as much a pathogen is some that is called a micro orginism and in which it is a disease that no one can feel the symptom a parasite is some thing like a bug or a flea that feeds on you and the symptoms are felt often but not as much a pathogen is some that is called a micro orginism and in which it is a disease that no one can feel the symptom a parasite is some thing like a bug or a flea that feeds on you and the symptoms are felt often but not as much
A very broad answer to a very broad question... A "pathogen" as defined by a dictionary would be, "any disease-producing agent, esp. a virus, bacterium, or other microorganism." First- a "pathogen" in drinking water will cause nothing unless someone or something drinks the water or if the "pathogen" enters the body/host by some other means... Second- even once the "pathogen" enters the body it may still cause nothing, as the quantity of the "pathogen" must be sufficient to cause the would be disease... Third- because a "pathogen" could be any one of millions of things, what disease would be caused by your hypothetical "pathogen in the drinking water" would depend entirely on what it is... You should seriously consider being more specific about your question. If you are interested in a specific pathogen and the associated disease, please try again.
There are a variety of bacteria that can cause foodborne illness: some are Gram-positive, others are Gram-negative. See Related Links.
Strep throat is caused by streptococcal (strep) bacteria. There are many different types of strep bacteria. Some cause more serious illness than others.
There are many organisms that cause disease. Bacteria, like H. Pylori that causes stomach ulcers. Of course, rats can cause diseases and they are still organisms, just not single celled. They carry ticks, and their feces isn't good to breath in. Ticks carry diseases, and rats can carry sickness which can spread to humans.
