Perhaps it has lost suction - is there a re-primer switch or handle on it ? Try re-priming your pump if it still doesn't work it needs a proper check.

i have a drilled well and when i turn my water on the pump seems to run all the time do you know why th is might be hapening thank you.?
The pump is cavitating, which means that it is sucking air because the pipe isn't deep enough into the water. It needs to be drilled deeper.

What type of water system do u have? If on well water, maybe its your pump shorting out when you run the water.,check pump... but not sure. electrical and water can be dangerous. Good luck.
