Why does the Pokemon hoewn say tha arbok evolves into seviber?

The reason in which the Trainer's Choice states that Arbok evolves into Seviper from episode titled "A Fan with a Plan" is because during the creation of the segment, one of the writers made a mistake since they didn't realize that Arbok did not have an evolution.
