Assuming you mean why, not when, it's because it can't be finished before then, and they always realease books a few months after being finished. So, since Michael Buckley has just finished the first draft of the book now, and is working on that, it's going to take him a few more months to finish the next drafts, and some possible work on other series of his. So the eighth book, The Inside Story, will probably come out in about May 2010 or so.
