US missile bases in Turkey were dismantled following the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1963. Turkey is the only Islamic nation in NATO.

US, Britain, France, Japan were in alliance with the United States of America from 1920-1941. They called that alliance the "Four Power" Agreement and they came to agreement in 1922.
