Clean your throttle assembly. Its under the intake manifold. Its easier to take the car's cooling fan out and then you can get to it from the bottom.Its secured with 4 bolts.
Just wash all oil deposits inside it off. Make sure the gasket is in good condition when replacing and that the pipe connecting to it also seals properly with the clamp.
I just did mine 2 weeks ago and the car idles smoothly again.
I have a 2000 C70.
PS: If one of your Ignition Coils are blown you will get exactly the same symptom but that's easy to figure out. Just drive the car and you would obviously feel the power loss.
