Because you either have a dirty Battery cable or a lose battery cable connection or you may even have a battery that is nearly dead because of the other problems mentioned
The Oriental cockroach which is most often found outside near water sources, only makes very soft clicking sounds. They are very hard to hear with the human ear.
Needs a new starter
Have the alternator checked.
A cat can make over 100 sounds as a dog can only make10
More than likely the battery is to weak to start the engine. If it's not the battery, the starter may be the culprit.
The clicking could be either of these. The starting after ten minutes sounds more like brakes. As brakes heat the problem could start. It could be an axle bearing as well. The only way to know for sure is to start checking the components.
Apparently, only male cicadas make sounds.
A cat can make 100 sounds and dogs can only make 10.
If the Chrysler is only making a clicking noise and will not start, check the starter. Also check the alternator, and the battery. The starter solenoid is more than likely the reason the car is clicking and not starting.
If you mean the car will not start or even turn over when you turn the key, that 'clicking' is the starter solenoid making contact like it's supposed to. But there is not enough power from battery to start engine, only enough to make contacts in solenoid. Bad battery, or loose or corroded battery cable terminals
It sounds goofy, but baby oil, a tiny drop of it is the only way I've found to stop the clicking noise. Where do you put the baby oil?
clicking noises . Dolphins use echolocation for hunting and navigating. The clicking sounds they make travel through the water hitting objects up to 200 metres in front and echoing back to the dolphin, which allows them to work out the size, shape, speed, distance as well as the direction of their prey.
