If by "under" you mean below, the intake gasket may be blown out. If you mean inside the valve cover, you may have cracked block or head or a blown head gasket.

Under the hood on the left side in most cases there is a place to put in radiator coolant.. It is usually next to the windshield wiper fluid... It says radiator coolant on it
An overflow tank is a bottle that holds coolant that expands and leaves the radiator under driving conditions. The Coolant will go back into the radiator as needed.

It is under the chrome radiator cover.
It hooks to the top of the radiator just under the cap. If it does not have a cap it still goes to radiator.
Radiator Removal: Remove the under cover. Remove the radiator cap, loosen the drain cock, and drain coolant into a container. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses. Disconnect coolant reservoir tank hose. Remove the fresh air duct. When installing fresh air duct, tighten bolts to 89 lb-in (10 N·m). Remove the five shroud bolts. Remove the radiator bracket bolts and lift the radiator upward. Send the entire radiator to a radiator repair shop for repair. :)
To change coolant on a Toyota Corolla, place a bucket under the radiator. Open the radiator drain valve and remove the radiator cap. When all antifreeze drains out, close the drain valve. Then refill with fresh antifreeze and replace the radiator cap.
