I'm not sure what your problem is but it may be that the ceramics your trying to paint have already been glossed to solve this you can use glass paint or if you realy want to go for the not so easy way you can charge the ceramic positive and the paint negative this will cause the paint to stick to the ceramic but I'm not sure if it will stay there if the paint dreis.
*Note make sure you know how to do the negative and positive charge, I my self don't know how it woks I have only heard about it
