The press influences what the public thinks about the government, by the stories or editorials that they publish, and the government influences what the press publishes, by giving out press releases. This is in a way a symbiotic relationship. They depend upon each other.
A boy is messing with my cousin on our school bus and the young man is in 6th grade, 12 years old, my cousin is in 8th grade and is 14 years old. I am in highschool and I am in 9th grade at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The boy, Phillip, has been in trouble on numerous occasions on the bus and at school, and has been removed from the bus. We are not sure how long this will last though. If the boy returns and puts his hands on my cousin, Taylor, again, may we press charges? What would they be? And what would his punishment be? Also, Phillip has threatened to "shank" my cousin. Please help!
