Fla is more west in the eastern time zone...
To the extent that there can be a yes or no answer to this, it would have to be no. The question betrays a certain lack of understanding about how time and/or sunset actually works. Ignoring the effects of geography (mountains or plains west of the city, for example); in general cities further west have sunset later than cities further east., so not even all of Pennsylvania has sunset at the same time! In fact, two cities 15 miles apart - or, two Pittsburg suburbs on opposite sides of the city - will have a 1 minute difference in the times of sunrise or sunset. The times of sunrise/sunset are VERY dependent on exact location.
The sun sets earlier in New York than in Florida due to the difference in geographical location and time zone. New York is further north in the Eastern Time Zone, leading to an earlier sunset compared to Florida, which is further south in the same time zone.
it snows :)
