Why does the throat hurts to swallow but does not hurt to talk It hurts more at night and do have a cough here and there?

Cough Noise Blocked nose etc What could it be?
Got a cough, it sounds really loud and not very nice atall, i came inside the other day and was coughing for a bit. when i breath in like slightly heavily or out or take a deep breath it makes this funny noise in chest/throat area. Also got a blocked nose and hurts to swallow if cough alot. Also feels like i've got something in my throat. Hurting quite alot and will cough more at night if i'm led down. Please answer. Thanks in advance.

This is the grossest thing ever but I am treating a verruca on my toe with sacylic acid and last night, the scab came of the top of it. I was sleepy so I put the scab in a can of coke beside my bed. In the middle of the night I DRANK SOME OF THE COKE, swallowed a bit and then spat the rest out after realising :( I didnt swallow the scab, but Im worried the acidic drink had soaked the verruca and I also know sacilyc acid is poisonous if you swallow it. My question is, will I get a verruca in my throat or mouth and get sick from the gel? This is so embarrassing and worrying
