Check the end of the barrel for burring, if it is not smooth that will throw you shot off. Also check your ammo. The cheap grades are known for inaccuracy.

My TSD SD700 with a Tasco 3-9x40 scope is shooting low. I shimmed it and it still shoots low. Im shooting at 30 feet with .28g BB's. Can anyone help me?

Halfway down your scope are two knobs, one on top and one on the right. Grip and twist the top knob counter-clockwise until it comes off. Use a flathead to turn the smaller piece in there clockwise a couple clicks. Aim at a target, shoot, and adjust accordingly. Note that turning the piece 'Up' will make your scope shoot low.

Can only Jews get the Tay Sachs disease?

No; this is a common misconception. Anyone whose parents are both carriers of the gene for Tay-Sachs disease (TSD) may become afflicted with TSD. That being said, TSD is most common among the Ashkenazi Jewish population as approximately 1 in every 27 Ashkenazi Jewish people is a carrier of the faulty gene. In the general population, about 1 in every 300 people carries the gene for TSD. In the French-Canadian population, the Cajun population of Louisiana, and the Amish population of Pennsylvania, the faulty gene that causes TSD is a little bit more common (but still less common than in the Ashkenazi Jewish population).
