decreasing overconsumption. apex
Sustainable energy and conservation are closely linked as both aim to reduce environmental impact and promote the responsible use of resources. Sustainable energy focuses on utilizing renewable resources, such as solar, wind, and hydropower, to minimize reliance on fossil fuels, thereby decreasing greenhouse gas emissions. Conservation involves reducing energy consumption and waste, which complements sustainable energy efforts by ensuring that the available renewable resources are used efficiently. Together, they contribute to a more sustainable future by preserving ecosystems and promoting energy security.
