That depends on the error you get. Most likely you do not have permission to create/copy files into windows XP volumes. You can use "Security" to grant required rights.

Plug your R4 card into your computer and find the saved games folder. Find your saved game file on your computer and just drag and drop it. If its a different file format, you might have to google different format converter or just rename the file and see if that works.

I have no idea why you would ask this question. For windows, windows explorer is the built-in file browser. For mac, finder is the default file browser. As for linux.... if you've already installed it on your computer then you probably would have sufficient knowledge. Maybe you should word it differently?
