Why does water go after a heavy rainfall?

Because the rain is heavier, the mass is heavier. the rain makes the mass weigh more because its sorta soggy. so for example if you get wet, you feel gross and soggy(unless you just took a bath...) you are heavier. ya get it? maybe a little?

1. its because of the mudslide ...like when rain falls it goes into the soil and soaks there and after it gets soggy for example when u get wet u feel soggy and ur clothes sticks to u ..... did u get it its kind of hard I got this same question on a test and I aseed it

well because the rain is heavier and that make the mass wasting also known as mass movement is more common heavy when heavy rainfall
