This is due to the pressure of the water building up, which creates the water bubbles. However, the air bubbles are not actually white.

because when the scientist come to do their testing on how many people pee in the lake they put a special green dye into the lake so when ever someone pees in the lake it turns green.

If water is white, there's something else in it. It might just be bubbles of gas, or it might be suspended particles in it - most likely a calcium compound.

Because of the air mixed in with the water. Kind of like how when soda fizzes it looks white (or a lighter color than the soda)

The white is the foam from the wave washing up on shore. It consists of millions of tiny bubbles
