My web cam icon is not showing on MSN i have instaled my web cam and it works perfectly but it does not ork on MSN
No, but is that contact has a webcam, and you can see the webcam icon while he/she is "offline", it means they're using offline mode.
It means he wants you to open your webcam on msn.
You can set up your webcam by settings just follow the link to show you . . . . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0doSvsz4wpY
you go into settings on ur MSN and find webcam and chose the type of webcam you have.
If you have a webcam there should be a little webcam icon directly underneath your display picture, and you click that. When you click that, it should say "show my webcam" and "start a video call." If you would like to talk to the person using a microphone (if you have one) and see them at the same time, you click "start a video call." If you just want to work your webcam, then you click "show my webcam." You should then see yourself where your display picture normally is once the webcam has started working.
Follow these steps to connect your webcam to MSN; 1. Click on your name in the right corner. 2. Click on "show the menu bar". 3. Now a menu bar will show up, click on "tools". 4. Choose "set up audio and video devices". 5. To be able to adjust your audio and microphone, choose "custom". 6. Click on next and choose the webcam you want to connect to your MSN. If you can't pick a webcam (there's a list), you did not properly install the webcam. Reinstall and try again.
To use a webcam with MSN on a Mac you need the latest version of Messenger. (See links below)
On MSN you can chat to friends, go on webcam, play games and stuff :))
You don't.
You need version 8 of the MSN Messenger software for Macs to use a webcam. (See links below) Earlier versions do not support webcams.
