Well for the stall you could have a faulty idle air control valve, some damaged ignition system wires or components or vaccum leak at the intake manifold. Another problem could be incorrectly gapped spark plugs. I would say since it's starts and then sometimes will kill its a wire in the ignition system. I would replace your sparks and spark plug wires and check to make sure all the bolts/nuts on your intake manifold vacuum are tight and attached properly.
