More than likely a damaged impeller if your rpms are high. If not, do a compression test on the engine, and check your plugs to see if the engine is running properly.

Float planes.
Sea planes, Flying Boats, Pontoon Planes, PBY's (Don't know what that stands for).
A plane that takes off from Anchorage's Campbell Lake are called floatplanes. planes that takeoff and land on water are called floatplanes. these planes have floats on the bottom allowing them to float in the water

Planes are from your enemies you have to jump and press z then you will destroy them down in the water
Bombers destroy the anti-aircraft gun's and gunners on the upper deck's of a warship, which allows the torpedo planes to come in (with out getting shot down) and blast holes under water on the warship's hull (below the water line), sea water quickly fills through the 30 foot sized holes, and sinks the warship. Fighter planes protect both the dive bomber & torpedo planes, from enemy airplanes, as they head towards their targets.
Pontoon planes
Volcanic ash can clog the throat and damage the eyes and lungs. The weight of it can bring town trees and roofs. When mixed with water it can form deadly mudflows called lahars. It shorts out electrical circuits and can clog and damage the engines of cars and planes, potentially causing planes to crash.
I think planes can't do that, because they would simply sink slowly.
