that's an easy one, its simply because your rear fender is reflecting in a way were your third string engine valve is snaped wich simply means you need a new cup holder. does that answer your question?

I have an 01 Sebring Convertible, and the only way I fixed my window was the following. I went to Car-Part.com found the part, called around for the window with the attached fabric. Found someone willing to ship that piece to me. Got it for 1/6 of the dealer price. Found a seamstress and had it sewn in for dirt cheap. Quick fix. Hope this helps.

Disassemble the rear doors and unplug the electric motor that moves the window. Check for voltage. The motors could be worn out, a fuse could be blown, gather any info you can find and post another question if you can't figure it out yourself.
