Thus is the nature of small dogs.
My 5 year old chihuahua pees when excited. It's just something you have to get used to...they really can't help it. I look at it this way....she's the only one that loves me so much that she pees with excitement when I get home from work!
I have a 9 year old pure blood chihuahua depends how nervous he is and of course how much water he is drinking etc. But mine will need to go pee about once every 3-4 hours.
you don't
if he is nervous yes if not no!
That happens when a chi is nervous or excited...meeting someone new can make a chi nervous, but it's something that all dogs have to do to become social. Just be patient with him and don't punish him for the peeing, once he understands that you've let this person into your home he'll come to know them as a friend. I have a four year old chi that pee's out of excitement when I come home from work...it's not alot, just a dribble. I wipe it up and love on her...after all who else loves me so much that they pee out of excitement when they see me...I'm lucky.
pee is as old as the beginning of human life.
he may be nervous
Yes, feeling nervous can increase the need to urinate frequently.
It depends, he is either nervous talking to you, has a nervous habit and just does that always, is nervous about something, just does that, or has to go pee.
No.
Pee Wee's girlfriend is 15 years old!!! he turned 15 in December!!!
Male dogs tend to lift up their legs and urinate off to the side, in all breeds.
They pee cuz they usually want to or they can not make it to a restroom. Because they eitherget really nervous or get scared which is most people or they held a really long time
