because it is not warmed up enough to stay running or you have the idle speed down too low and it not running at the right rpm to get the transmission up to speed

I would suspect a faulty fuel pump. I just did one with those symptoms.
you could put 1 car in each stall.... That would be logical
Shift into park or stop at lights and stalls etc could be a bad fuel filter.
My 1998 Park Avenue stalled. I cleaned the idle air control valve (IAC) and now it is fine.
Build more rides and stalls.

Sounds like a torque converter lock up solenoid.
Stalling when stopping can be a sign of a bad lock-up torque converter solenoid. But if it stalls while in park, it may also be a very bad vacuum leak, especially if it idles rough. I am assuming it has good plugs and plug wires.
probably has a low idle, try upping it, could use a tune up probably
ascot park ran it's last race in 1968.after it closed people rented stalls and continued to train horses there for a few years.
Once all power is lost on the park, the only way to regain that power is to delete or remove some of the other rides, stalls and roller coasters in your park.
