No way to tell for sure, BUT
check alignment, left front break, CV joint The above post is correct, all of those things can cause a pull to one side or the other. You will need someone qualified in front end alignment to diagnose the problem.

It probably will work, if you pull the wheel to the right of left a little before turning the key.

That's the latch or release for the fuel door. When you pull the release that spike retract to let the door open. It is spring loaded so that it will push back when you shut the door.
