Usually car that only overheat in traffic have a radiator fan that does not work. It will not over heat while driving because their is enough air flow.
Low coolant level, internal or external coolant leak or faulty thermostat.

My 2004 AT uses Toyota Type IV.Mobil calls it 3309. I'm not sure when Toyota made the change over to the five speed AT. Look in the owners manual or call a Toyota dealer.
