I'd replace the fuel filter and run a container of injector cleaner through the system. This can often work wonders and is a good place to start troubleshooting.
There ARE other things that may be causing your problem, but let's see how it goes by doing the above.

Misfires are caused by MANY different conditions. Any freezeframe data would be helpful. Is this a regular or random misfire? Does it occur only while cold? Mostly while hot? Mostly under load? Mostly during wet weather? What are the fuel trims at idle, 2500 RPM in neutral, and 2500 RPM driving?
Change your fuel filter, it sounds like it is running out of gas. If that doesn't do the trick then check your fuel pump.
