Probably because it wants to be free in a jungle somewhere.
Its possible, I guess, but there are many reasons why a female snake could bite. Snake also bite when they are hungry and it is close to their feeding time. Most snakes also become more aggressive when they are about to shed. If your ball python's eyes are clouded over this means she is about to shed. Your snake could also have bit you simply because she got scared, or didnt't want to be handled at the time. Ball pythons can have ranodm mood swings sometimes.
Sure, but consider these things.1. It is not good to feed a ball python live because a live mouse or rat can kill or seriously injure a snake.2. Do you really want to change?3. Your python may not eat and become scared.
A ball Python is an animal that eats things that are smaller than they are. I would NOT, I repeat NOT put the python and a baby together. Pythons are heavy and can constrict very quickly. Never let your python get around anything you don't want suffocated, crushed, or eaten. Especially children.
it depends on what kind of python you want. there are many different kinds. for example, ball pythons, blood pythons, burmese pythons, and those are just a few you should do more research on what specific kind you want before you go looking for prices. i got my ball python for 90 bucks. look into balls. they make good starter snakes!
A female ball python can get 5-6 ft long, the care is the same unless you breed. Although, you will need a bigger cage for a female due to their size.
It depends mostly on the temperament of the Ball Python in question. Some Ball Pythons will share a tank with many other species of Python and Boa while others want to be alone. for example > I have a Nicaraguan Boa who shares a very large enclosure with 3 Ball Pythons and they get along well. In some emergencies when i have to leave and take all of my snakes with me all 15 of my various Pythons, Boas and Corn Snakes get along well enough to share the 8ft by 6ft travel container that I have.
I suspect that you mean that you want to define constants, which is not possible in Python. Any variable can be rebound to something else at any time.
Royal Pythons (from their Latin name of Python regius) to give them their official name - do not have to mate - unless you want them to produce offspring ! Remember - in their natural habitat, they would seek each other out at mating time (usually spring)
if you are new to the reptile pet trade then i definitely recommend corn snakes because they are easy to look after and don't really need much heat except a heatmat. they never really bite and can become very friendly and tame. they don't get to big and are great with kids. ball pythons (royal pythons) are nocturnal snakes so you wont see them often. they curl up into a ball all day until night. they can grow to a metre long and can be quite snappy. when they bite this can really be painful and you may need to go to hospital. they are not poisonous but they can make quite a big cut. they have to have special heating and which includes a ceramic bulb which can be usually £25 to £30. they also need a fluorescent bulb which are usually £15 and a heatmat which are around £7 to £10. they need to be kept in a wooden vivarium with glass doors and preferably a lock on it too.
I had to do this a couple of times with my python. Unfortunately if it does not loose it after the second or third shed then you must remove it yourself. What I do is spray him down with some water then take some tweezers to it. Its hard to do and the snake gets agitated however if you don't want to spend money its your only option.
Wow, my parakeets bite me all of the time. Usually when they bite they say, "no, don't pick me up. I do not wish to be touched." Do not force your bird upon your hand, just let it come naturally. so, when they bite they are streesed, angry, or just want to be left alone.
That means: "At what time do you want that [slang word for male sex]"
