Do you have a remote start on it? If so, is it being activated while in your pocket? Perhaps the battery is getting weak. With temperature change the charge in the battery can get weak and then stronger. Perhaps when it gets stronger, it is causing the car to start.

The only time I have experienced this, I was working on a family member's vehicle that had an aftermarket remote start system installed. I was replacing the alternator. This was VERY dangerous in my opinion as everytime I connected the battery, the car would start with no warning. There was a sticker pasted under the hood warning that this could occur, but it is a very poor and dangerous design.

Who owns what car?

AnswerI own my car and the owners of other cars own their cars. All car owners own their car unless they have a loan on their car. In that case they do not own their car outright until the loan is paid off, at which time they are the sole owner of that car.if you total your car the insurance company owns it then, but you can sometimes buy it back.

Can spark plugs keep your car from starting?

Unless your car is a diesel, they can certainly keep your car from starting if they're missing. They can also become fouled or badly worn, which, again, could keep your car from starting.
