Probably not enough memory - try installing more memory.
No you wont be.
No. Installing and playing games on a computer only slows it down while you are playing them.
your virtual memory is full, or your computer is o weak for the game
Buy more RAM
The usgage of computer power would depend on the game you are playing. While playing the game start windows task manager and check to see what resources the game is using from you computer. All games vary in the amount of usage.
it will make your game freeze and any unsaved data lost, but your game cartridge will still be fine.
Anyone who wants to play computer games will need to keep upgrading the computer hardware to keep up with the game or the game will stop working i.e. freeze. Check the minimum hardware requirements for the game. If the hardware you have is less than the minimum requirements then its upgrade time. What most desktop computer people have learned is next upgrade I WILL BUY the most powerful computer with the most amount of memory I can afford or I stop playing computer games
It's purely a personal choice and I think that the game and who you are playing can be more important But a computer can cost much more to be able to play the games than a PS2. The PS2 will play every PS2 game, while a computer or PC game you will have to make sure that your computer will to be able to play it.
Im afraid, if your computer does shut down when your playing then there is not a lot you can do. If you don't save your game regularly, then you will lose all of your data aswell. If your computer does shut down, then just switch it back on again and hopefully your sims game will still be running.
You probably have laser-burn or other types of scratches on your disc. There really isn't anything that you can do to fix it. This kind of thing happens when the console is moved while a game is in use. Try to avoid this at all costs next time.
Usually only heavy lag or hacking can freeze consoles or computers. It depends on the type of glitch.
Because you are not playing a game disc
