This is most likely caused by a setting on your computer that enables energy saving for your keyboard. Disable this setting and it should work normally again.

go to start, run, type msconfig, go to the second to last tab labeled startup and disable all then restart your computer. This should prevent the Trojan from starting when you turn your computer back on then use whatever anti virus you have to try to get rid of it.
It might be a virus. Or perhaps windows has a missing component
