Why does your computer go into suspended mode while you are on AOL?

I HAVE BEEN LOSING AOL EVERY 10 MIN.S EVER SINCE MY COMPUTER STATES THE ACCT WAS SIGNED ODD WHEN IT WENT INTO SUSPEND MODE. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. PLEASE FIX IT.
