It sounds like your dog is quite sick most likely dehydrated.
You really need to take your dog to the vets ASAP. While you arrange the appointment try and encourage your dog to drink some water, even if it means squirting some water into the mouth to provide a little more hydration.
Vomiting can have many causes and only a vet will be able to properly diagnose him after an examination.
