It sounds like your dog is quite sick most likely dehydrated.
You really need to take your dog to the vets ASAP. While you arrange the appointment try and encourage your dog to drink some water, even if it means squirting some water into the mouth to provide a little more hydration.
Vomiting can have many causes and only a vet will be able to properly diagnose him after an examination.

∙ 15y agoI hate to bring bad news, but it may be due to blindness or an eye infection. Most likely the first, as Katerax blindness is common for old dogs- they never wore sunnies!!!

∙ 14y agoPets actually have no snot/boogers at all. Eye boogers are not boogers, they are called sleep. They are different. I hope that helps. But alas, I do not know why they have lots.
