Because he is old, the same thing could happen to you when you're 90. It's not his fault, when he is awake he can keep his problem in check, can't he?
It could be part of a dream, or it could be simple incontinence--just as when elderly humans or babies urinate during sleep. They sell male and female diapers, which you can put on your dog overnight if need be, but really your dog needs to see a vet so you can start figuring out if the problem is physical or psychological and how to treat it best.
It's possible the dog has a bladder or urinary tract infection. Please take the dog to a vet.
Urinate
If it gets sick or hurt really badly (broken bones) then it may be the time. However, if the dog seems to be okay, just let it live.
He or she is excited.
its not trained
sleep mostly
no actual reason
My dog just had 20 bladder stones removed, and now she will not urinate. I have no idea how to make her pee. Any ideas?
because it has the worms
well if you dont want your dog to urinate on your belongings or stuff then train your dog not to! There are also books to help you.
If your dog cant pee take him to the vet immediatly!!!!! It could be dangerous.
