Because when hamsters poo or wee on their bedding it gets pressed down and squashed! Xx
yes, definitely
Yes, but there are some better bedding for them though
You simply lay the bedding down in the bottom of the cage.
Hamsters hide in their houses in their cage or under their bedding.
Hamsters have pouches to keep food in them. Also if they want to move there bedding around the cage, they will put saw dust or bedding in there mouths and will arrange the cage how they like, this is a good thing because you will no when they are settled because they will stop moving all there bedding/ sawdust around. :-)
They live in a cage, if they are in a household. They have bedding, water, food, and maybe even a blanket or a hut inside the cage.
Stick them in the same cage over night
about 50 dollars, but remember that the food, bedding, and other toys have to be put into the budget including a cage
The cage that I have is different but what I normally do is put some wood shavings in my hamsters' cage up until he can reach the wheel, since mine is a dwarf hamster and can't really reach it. If you mean the nice fluffy bedding, like critter care, just put as much as you want in it till you think it is enough. (S)he will tear it up and place it where (s)he wants. Hope this helps :)
for hamsters and rodents u always leave a dish of food in there cage along with watter and clean bedding so they can just help them selfs
If you find bug in your hamsters cage, That means that the scent of urine is attracting bugs. This means that the cage should be replaced with new bedding every 2 days and that the cage must be washed every month. For more Infotmation, visit: www.hamsterownerswebs.webs.com
Syrian hamsters will need bedding on the cage floor. They need a bowl to put their food in, a water bottle, and a wheel to run in. This is the bare minimum.
