Why does your husband take out his anger on you?

Because you are there and you're allow it! When we are out in society and working and doing business out there we have to take a lot of pressure and if we don't like what some people say to us we have to bite our tongue. Where else can you simply be yourself .... home! However, you are not his lashing post and it's time you were firm with him and told him that unless he can sit down and communicate his frustrations with you like a human being you aren't going to take it anymore. Two heads are better than one. My husband and I sit down together for a full hour (TV off) phone tone down and if there are any problems with him, myself or as a whole then we talk it out calmly and try to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. This has only proved to have brought us closer together in our marriage and we've been married 35 years.
