- If a husband wanted to keep his family together then he would not continue with an affair. The husband is selfish and weak by not caring how he has hurt others involved and weak because he cannot make up his mind by either staying with his wife or leaving and joining his mistress. The wife should seek marriage counseling first only if he is willing to go and if he is not willing to try then his wife should at least file for a separation.

If a married man says he wants to keep his family, maybe he meant it but he will continue his affair because he hasn't get caught yet. He is not stupid to give up the good things he have with the other woman if his wife doesn't know what he is doing. The only way this man will say or even tell his mistress that he wants to keep his family, is when his affair is been discovered. It's only right to say and do or else his wife will have all the leverage against him...and it happens all the time
