I am not quite sure why your knee pop's. But I had a friend who had the same problem. She went to consult the doctor. If you can't consult the doctor as soon as possible, then just make sure that you don't run around or do any heavy excercise which will make your legs tired. If you want to excercise the best thing to do is walk briskly or just walk normally for 30 minutes. If that's to much for you walk 15 minutes. But it can also happen if you work them out to hard or have knee problems.
you can but leaving your leg straight is the only way to walk. if you bend your knee as your about to walk youll be in great pain
Its not a Weightlifting term. Telling someone "Hey pop a squat" basically means sit down, take a knee or just relax.

My knee sometimes locks and I can not make my leg straight. I usually can wiggle it or bend my knee up to my chest and put my hands under my knee and pull up. One time it was so severe I could not straighten. I was instructed to put your two thumbs together and push at the bottom of your knee cap as hard as you can. Push directly in the middle of your knee cap and you will feel and hear it pop. What a relief.....
This is nitrogen bubbles in the jiont being released, it is perfectly natural.
The ACL repair may have been damaged or torn. It may also be a meniscus tear. When you tear your meniscus, the knee seems to pop.
its behind the change holder by your left knee, pop the change holder out and and it is behind there.
pop it. you might put a hot rag on it to soften it. maybe it is an ingrown hair
If your knee is dislocated or feels out of place, it's essential to seek medical attention rather than trying to pop it back in yourself, as improper handling can cause further injury. A healthcare professional can assess the situation and safely realign the joint if necessary. In the meantime, keep the knee immobile, apply ice to reduce swelling, and avoid putting weight on it. Always prioritize safety and professional help in such situations.
i have that same thing too and and i am missing football practice today so if i were i would rest it
You could get knee support for you knee at any pharmacy of sporting store. Just look for a knee brace. Knee braces are great because they will support your knee and they are cheap.
