pour the power steering fluid directing into where you pull the dipstick out to check the power steering fluid.
power steering pump failure ----------------------- If it is a Dodge truck then i see alot of Power steering pump shafts that are broken. To test, then pull on the power steering pump pulley - if it pulls out then you have a broken pump shaft.
Go up and under the van and reach through the K frame and it will be right there, pop off the power steering lines and pull out two bolts and it will come out

take the hoses off of it and unbolt the steering column from the box, pull the steering link arm off the bottom of the box and then unbolt the box from the frame and pull it out.
take the oil cap off then pull plastic motor cover off power steering tank is on the left.
Its at the back and below the engine.. to fill it pull the dipstick marked POWER STEERING which is at the back of the engine to the left of the airfilter box.. and add fluid to the level marks on the dipstick
The power steering fluid dip stick is made to the reservoir cap. Pull the cap off to read the stick.
