anytime the radio loses power the code given to you at time of purchase will need to be entered to restore the radio. Or it could also be the alarm system. I had the same problem. I had to buy a new radio (CD player) worked perfect afterwards.
it is part of your owners manual,if you have lost yours check with e-bay or local junk yard.
I am 99% sure this can only be done by the manufactures of the vehicle try taking it down to a local dealer.

This happened right after a new battery was installed on my 2007 EX model. I got some assistance fromthe Honda dealership technician to resolve the issue. 1. Turn off the engine and place the key in Radio position and turn off the radio. 2. While pressing #1 and #6 at the same time, turn on the radio now. 3. You will see a sequence of digits displayed on the screen that you need to read it to the technician. 4. Now you will see the radio displays 'CODE'. 4. In turn, he will ask you to punch in a different set of digits to unlock the radio.
You cannot enter the radio code on a 2005 KIA Sportage if the screen is blank. You have to fix the screen. How do you fix the screen?
ok, what is the question, need the security code ? constant red flashing light ? works for 10 minutes then shuts off ?
No thanks
the radio has a cd player slot.
Look in owners manual
First the?æconnectors underneath the dash have to be disconnected. Once this is done then pull straight out on the radio and it will come out.
One way to make it reset is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes. This will usually reset the computer. The drawback is that you will lose your radio presets and the clock will have to be reset, too.
If its like my '90, power off the radio so that the time displays. Then, hit Set. Then the Seek/Scan buttons will change the hours and minutes. When you are finished, hit Set again to get out of Clock Setting mode.
It displays on the factory radio. There is a button on the OEM radio to either show the time or radio station.
Yes it does just below the radio center panel .
Radio codes are specific to each radio. The code is on a small card and is sometimes found in the glove compartment. To get the code without the card you have to get the serial number of the radio and call the dealer.
Email me the code your radio displays and I will return you with the unlock code -- support@totaldream.org
