it turns on to regulate the temp inside and off once it's reached
Turn off the hot water to your tank and do not use any water -- and leave it off for about 30 min. -- then turn your valve back on and if you hear water going back into tank you have a leak somewhere
You have to turn off the gas tap immediately.
The turn off and turn off mechanism of a thyristor can be best explained by the gate turn-off thyristor. The thyristor uses the reverse bias mechanism.
No, the refrigerator will not be damaged by leaving it off for long periods. Just make sure that it is empty and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before leave it. It may help to leave the door slightly open because mould can develop - but if you have disinfected properly with a solution such as you would use for cleaning babies' bottles (e.g. 'Milton') there should be no problem.
can you turn off TV? Do not turn off lights!
Try holding the on/off switch to turn it off. When it is off unplug it and plug it back in. Then turn the refrigerator back on. It worked for me.
To break a refrigerator, you must get a hammer. So get a hammer and beat the refrigerator. Or you can just throw it out of the window from a sky scraper and the refrigerator will break easily. But NEVER try this for real!

When you are battling Crusher, turning the magnet off drops the refrigerator on him and he starts throwing barrels. If you dodge them and turn the magnet back on, he is flattened by the steel plate he's standing on. Cuff him and take him back to prison.
If there is any food in the refrigerator, this would be a very bad idea - the food will have gone bad, since the temperature in the refrigerator would reach room temperature in a couple of days.If there is no food in the refrigerator, I suppose it would save money to turn it off.
Only if the refrigerator is empty, if you have perishable food in it and you turn it off, it will all go bad. And saving energy is great, but if you have a empty refrigerator and you have it turned off continuously what is the point of having a refrigerator?
Be prepared to go grocery shopping.
Just turning it off, no.However some models of refrigerator might be damaged if they are turned off then immediately turned back on. Its always best if you do turn a refrigerator off to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before turning it back on.The other way a refrigerator can be damaged by being turned off is if it will be left off several day or longer. This will allow fungi and bacteria to bloom on all interior surfaces. When you next open the refrigerator it will be a mess of multicolor growths and will have an overwhelming stink, while this can be cleaned off it may leave permanent stains on the plastic surfaces. Should you plan on turning a refrigerator off for an extended period, completely empty it then clean all surfaces with a disinfectant to kill all fungal spores and bacteria. You might want to repeat this cleaning once or twice a day for a few days after actually turning off the refrigerator to make sure nothing was missed.
I don't think so; generally there is a line that runs from the water source (sink or what have you) that should have a shut off valve located somewhere along the line. You should be able to see where the line connects at the back of your refrigerator and hopefully track it back to the source. It's frequently under the kitchen sink. Hope this helps!
turn it completely off then back on.
Replace the Viking refrigerator with a reliable brand appliance. Viking will continue to give you nothing but trouble.
Turn off the refrigerator when you have removed all of the food and have cleaned it thoroughly. Otherwise, you risk trapping in odors of spoiled food, bacteria and such.
