It doesn't. Manually operated toilets are designed to flush each time you operate the handle. Similarly, "auto-flush" valves are meant to actuate each time the proximity of the user's body decreases beyond "perception" range.

How do the seasons differ in the northern and southern hemispheres of earth?

The seasons are reversed, AND the flow of water is reversed. When flushing a toilet in the northern hemisphere, the water goes down clockwise. When flushing a toilet in the southern hemisphere, the water goes down counterclockwise.

Why does the toilet keep flushing at all hours of the day and night when not in use?

The problem here is one of two problems, or both, depending on the installation of your toilet. One. The flushing rubber inside the toilet cystern on the bottom is now old and perishing and needs to be replaced. Two. Certain toilet cystern installations allow for the inlet over flow to flow into the pan of the toilet and not to the outside, thus causing the toilet to seem as though its constantly flushing, this also has a rubber inside of it and needs to be replaced. Check and make sure that the handle of the toilet is not sticky, it has been known that a sticky toilet handle (probably because the back nut is too tight) wont go down, therefore not allowing the flushing rubber to go back onto its seat to stop the water running into the pan.

Jet hole in toillet blocked by a coin need to remove how?

If the coin is not affecting the flush of the toilet, for example, if you put a lot of toilet paper into the toilet and flush and the paper goes down and it flushes fine, leave the coin there. However if it is affecting the flush and nothing goes down after flushing, the only option is to knock out the pan and put a new one. This is the only option, its a costly affair, that's the price for throwing coins into the cystern thinking its a wishing well.

Your ejector pump normally turns after 4 toilet flushes in the basement now it turns on after one?

You've been drinking more? Seriously, probably a sensor, but could also be a small run in the toilet.

Why is Archie Bunker's toilet so loud?

To make people ask questions about it! Actually a toilet flushing on TV is called comic effect. We generally don't expect to hear a flushing toilet on TV, but then we never expected to hear 90% of the remarks that came out of Archie's mouth either! Some might even call it all "potty humor" so the flushing and the yapping were one and the same.
