I have a logitech c500 and this was happening with my webcam, all answers I found were wrong, so if you have this problem repost this answer.
You have to turn off logitechs "RIGHT LIGHT" or similar software setting, im using skype with the webcam so i went into tools/optinos/video settings/webcam settings and turned it off!! good luck!
