Why doesn't North Korea bind with South Korea and become Korea?

because they do not have the same opnion as each other. One wants to keep people inside, one doesn't. One wants the people to have rights, the other doesn't. I am trapped in North Korea, and my wish is to leave there and go to U.S. and China and Japen.
