Could be any number of things:
* burnt out bulb, * blown fuse, * bulb loose in light socket, * corrosion in the light socket, * wire disconnected or shorted out.
No brake lights but turn signals work? Turn signal switch brakes route through it.
The breake lights on a 2003 Chevy suburban come on when the car is not being uesed, becausethat is the way thay are made?
It is the turning signal lever. Pull it towards you.
If a 95 Chevy Suburban's brake lights do not work but everything else does, it may be the link that connects to the pedal that has a problem. If the pedal has been adjusted or disconnected, it may also be a reason for the issue.
yes they will, i had a tahoe and suburban and they intechange between silverado / sierra as well
If a 1987 Chevy Suburban has lights and horn, but no ignition, gauges, radio, or interior lights it could be a ground wire problem. It is possible that there is a short somewhere. Also check the dome light for a possible water leak in the headliner.
In order to remove the turn signal lever from a 66 Suburban you have to remove the steering wheel then there is a single Phillips head screw that holds the arm to the switch.
If the reverse lights are not working on a 1999 Chevy Suburban, be sure to check the fuse panel. If all the fuses are in working order, check the wires for any loose connections. Faulty wires can result in little or no light input.
