The lights on the odometer on a 1999 Chevy Blazer might not work because of a burned out fuse. They might also not work if the lights are burned out.
Assuming headlights, check fuses. Overheadlights, check override button left side of dash board near odometer.
That truck DON'T have a reset button. Chevy didn't use them on there trucks.

The breake lights on a 2003 Chevy suburban come on when the car is not being uesed, becausethat is the way thay are made?
On my 99 Suburban, the alarm activates when you press the lock button on the remote twice.
Checrolet does not use inertia/reset switches.
If a 95 Chevy Suburban's brake lights do not work but everything else does, it may be the link that connects to the pedal that has a problem. If the pedal has been adjusted or disconnected, it may also be a reason for the issue.

To change a 2003 Chevy Avalanche odometer from kilometers per hour (KPH) to miles per hour (MPH), turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button while turning the ignition from "Off" to "On." Keep holding the button until the display changes from KPH to MPH. Release the button, and the odometer should now show the speed in miles per hour.
The fuse for the dash lights on a 2002 Chevy Tahoe is in the fuse box in the interior of the vehicle. There is also a fuse for this in the engine compartment on top of the battery. This fuse is for the speedometer and odometer lights.
