Ive been through it and have left my partner. He would always deny everything. If he doesn't treat the same way he used to. If he never wants to kiss you or he stays later than normal. Another way is that he always says he is busy. Another way is that he comes to see you, but he always makes up an excuse by saying that he has to leave in like five minutes.
