I had a 91 corolla setting for about 3 months without using and the stater got stuck. I just bypassed it and it turned over! Try bypassing it!

your starter might be going out does it click if so its your starter if not than maybe battery if not battery than its the alternator

probably your termostat isn't working, that's what happend to my corolla. I replaced the termostat and now it's working again..
You swapped the motor out of your 91 eagle talon now there is no power to your starter all you can hear is the relay clicking you need help fast cant figure it out?
Check the main ground to your starter. It sounds to me like your soleniod has power, but you starter motor doesnt.
